Job Description

The Goizueta Business School of Emory University invites all applicants for a full-time Teaching Track position at the level of Professor, or Assistant Professor. The teaching track position focuses on business communication strategy in the Organization and Management (O&M) area beginning Fall of 2025. The faculty position requires six courses a year across the fall and spring semesters. Teaching will include, but may not be limited to, the core undergraduate class, BUS365, Business Communication Strategy.

Experience Requirements

Successful applicants will ideally have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching both graduate and undergraduate students. Relevant experience in the industry or other structured organizations leading to competencies in the functional fields of business is a plus. A Ph.D. is required, with doctoral work in a field related to strategic communication, leadership or organizational behavior preferred. On an exceptional basis, outstanding candidates with a master's or a terminal degree and highly relevant commensurate experience may be considered.
